About Me

Hello. my name is Angela Williams and I am the founder of the VOICE Today Movement.  I have been a child advocate for many years trying to right the wrong done to me and millions of adults.  I am a survivor of incest, suffering in silence for 14 years at the brutal hands of my stepfather.  My passion is to break the silence barrier of incest and child sexual abuse and to make a difference in the lives of children in the next generation.    I am an author of From Sorrows To Sapphires, a true story about incest, silence and God.   I am a certified trained facilitator of the Stewards of Children Program, a 7 Step Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Program. I am also a volunteer at SafePath, an Atlanta mentoring child advocacy center.

My Passion:

I believe that through open honest communication and education that child sexual abuse can be eliminated from our society.  I believe that survivors can be healed through love and faith in Jesus Christ.    I believe a child's innocence can be saved through teaching them a plan of protection.  I believe a trained, conscious, vigilant society can protect all children from sexual abuse.  My dream is that one day this silent epidemic will be exposed leaving no place for a perpetrator to hide.  I pray this plague will be eradicated.   I have a passion to expose the insidious crime of child sexual abuse.  I have a lifelong mission to help create a world without sexual abuse, a world where children will be safe, growing up whole and healthy with their sexual boundaries protected.  l am a voice for the voiceless.  If one child is saved from the pain of violation, I have succeeded.   Will you help me?  Please give of you time and resources!
